Excellent customer service experience with Sam. He follows up and make sure everything is right to our solar panel. He is easily reachable and would drop by our place or even give us a call after we install the solar panel. We were in doubt initially with installing a solar panel, but after using it awhile, and paying absolutely nothing for the bill, we did not regret our decisions.
