I was overall very pleased with the service of these guys. They were very reliable and the work they completed seems to be up to a high standard. I was also impressed with the overall speed of the whole thing as they came and installed everything only after a few weeks and did so quickly. The price I paid was very good. Would definitely recommend.

We researched a lot of places for our solar. Sync replied to emails faster than anyone else. Supplied the system was asked for at a great price. They planned our install asking for our opinions and what time of day we would use our power. The installers did a great job (and I'm very judgemental on tradies, as I'm one). Local company that looks like it's got the good on delivering quality and an affordable price.

I have been monitoring my unit on my mobile. I recently changed my Telstra Gen 3 Modem with booster with a new Telstra Gen 3 Modem and my inverter is working, green leaf display . It is not displaying properly on my mobile phone, so I have rang Sync Energy in Perth to fix the problem for me. This was done for security reasons .For Security reason since Telstra and Optus have been hacked.

Sync Energy were cheapest out of three quotes that I received. Sales person Grace was very attentive and helps answer all my questions. Install was quick and professional. We’re a high usage household but still managed to slash our power bill by more than half.

Sync Energy team was professional, on time and had excellent advice. Their price was competitive and the quality of the workmanship is 5 star. The installers left after cleaning everything. I am very happy with the outcome, the system already producing enough to run the dryer and the washing machine for free for the entire year.

From sales to installation whole experience was good, very helpful and passionate team. They delivered what promised on time and have no issues so far. Very happy that I chose Sync energy. Installation was done by a very friendly team of contractors, didn't have to do anything they started finished all installation in 4 hours. They explained to me how the system works and answered all my questions patiently. Waiting for free gift vouchers promised to me and also for after sale warranty and service details.

At first after they installed my system they had left all the panels loose and uneven and also used a cheaper type of panel aswell as the one I had paid for, since had them respond and replace the panels and fix them.Although, I had been picked by the governments clean energy regulator for an inspection of my system.They have found numerous problems with the whole system. Only one screw in the brackets connecting them to the roof which is the worst one. Obviously they left the wrong connectors from the miss matching panels that they previously installed as they are all not the same and matching. And a few other problems. Have contacted them several times and they do not seem to be in any rush to fix the problems they have made.

Very highly recommended. The person that I dealt with from the start to the end is the same person. No hand balling from one person to another. Brock is very knowledgeable and friendly. He responded to all the technical and commercial queries very promptly. This bloke deserved a medal, he works weekend too. The whole process of getting solar panels installed at my property was a breeze. the whole process from signing up to fully commissioned and operational solar panels took merely 3 weeks. I get updates along the way as well. Top notch service.

From start to finish the service has been impeccable.The sales consultant Eric from WA who arranged for my installation was fantastic, his knowledge of the product he was selling and customer service was second to none. I had a lots of questions and he took the time to answer them all for me.The installers did a great job as well - arrived on time, were friendly, efficient and did a professional job whilst ensuring that no mess was left behind.I had to ring the after sales support team a few days later as I had some issues connecting the app to the inverter and the consultant - Jerry who assisted me was also fantastic and he walked me through the set-up process from start to finish after hours - ensuring that the issue would be resolved regardless of how long it took to do so.To top this all, I got a great price on my 6.6KW solar system.Highly recommend this company if you are after a great deal with a professional installation and great customer service.
