We signed up to get solar in 2021, unfortunately our application wasnt accepted for the allocation in our area. Genoffgrid kept our deposit and said we could use for the next allocation. However there still hasnt been a release so we requested a refund of our deposit in feb 2023. Our request continues to not be addressed after 8 weeks and they keep ignoring my request. We've been patient for them to process the refund but unfortunately are not being taken seriously.
