We recently had Guiton and his team as Solar Southwest instal a 6.6kW system at our Margaret River property. We are extremely pleased with the installation and the satisfaction of clean, free power. We were so impressed by Guiton's design skills - selection of best positioning for the panels and recognition of the nuances of our two phase meter box. I paid in full for a solar/battery package when the solar only was installed. The owner was unable to find an installer for the battery, after several months I sourced my own. This is when I found out there was no blackout switch. Owner only ordered this part after constant reminders. I had to provide evidence that I had already paid for it before he sent it to me. I have had to source and pay for the switch install. Owner will not respond to my request for even a 50% reimbursement of these costs.

Solar South West installed our panels and inverter to our property in Geographe Busselton. They came out in front from other companies for a number of reasons. They were exceptionally professional, very competitive in pricing, constantly communicated with us throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions. Guiton and the team at Solar SW offered and installed an excellent cost effective solar solution. Due to supply shortages and shipment delays (covid related), my inverter took an absolute age to arrive from China. No concern though, Solar SW immediately fitted a temporary inverter in order I was able to make use of the summer sun shine to lower my bills. A separate trip to change out the inverter at no extra cost,Not bad for a Saffa.Thanks Guiton! :)
